Cost Recovery makes it fair for Professional Services

Background
New Plymouth accountancy firm Duncan Dovico had always tried to enforce a policy of fair and accurate charging for the services they provide to their clients. When it came to printing and copying, they didn’t want to follow the typical process within other practices of simply adding three or five percent to each client’s fee.
