The PlanetPress Suite is a professional software solution allowing you to add value to your business documents and distribute them in a format that best suits the recipient’s preferences. Its easy to use, affordable and has an open architecture making it the perfect solution to quickly and easily enhance, produce and distribute your business documents with relevant content that is sure to capture the reader’s attention and get your message across.
Documents can be created from scratch, with the PlanetPress design tools, using your existing data sources as input. Data from print streams, databases, XML or other formats can be extracted and easily mapped onto a template document where the page layout has been designed with conditional graphics and text or page elements. PlanetPress also enables you to easily reformat and enhance existing forms such as statements, invoices, purchase orders and letters to produce high quality documents or form layouts.
As business communications do not stop with the creation and design of a document, it is also important to consider production and distribution which is often very costly. Documents created with PlanetPress can be printed on any printer, sent electronically by email or fax, (reducing postal costs) and even indexed and archived in an electronic document management system for easy access and retrieval. PlanetPress can also be seamlessly integrated with document finishing and mailing options, by working with our partners, such as Pitney Bowes.
