We believe that confidence and reliability should relate not only to product quality and safety but also to environmental measures. We would like to offer such products that relieve our customers from worries that the product they purchase might unnecessarily harm the global environment.
As part of our responsibility for the environment we ensure our manufacturer - Konica Minolta Business Technologies, aims to assess the impact that products have on the environment through their entire life cycle and to reduce environmental load at all stages. All Konica Minolta manufacturing sites are accredited with the internationally recognised standard ISO 14001.

Energy and emissions reduction
Refurbished machines replace the need for new machines to be manufactured. Because of this, there is a reduction in energy consumption and emissions that would otherwise be generated.
Waste reduction
Reusing and recycling have direct benefits to the environment with waste-to-landfill levels kept to a minimum.
Packaging materials
Konica Minolta seeks to reuse packaging materials where possible when transporting machines. Wooden crate pellets, polystyrene moulds and plastic wrap can be used many times over. Up to 74% of cardboard used in packaging Konica Minolta’s latest business machine products is from recycled materials.
Our Performance Guarantee
The Renaissance Range is a premium product and therefore boasts extensive guarantees to customers. Konica Minolta will provide the same warranty as on new machines on all refurbished MFD equipment provided under the agreed Service Level Agreement.
As part of our commitment, we offer a Performance Guarantee. Under this guarantee, in the unlikely event where a device falls below our high standards of reliability and performance, we shall provide an equivalent replacement machine at no charge. Our Performance Guarantee is an international Konica Minolta standard and is a statement of our commitment as a manufacturer to the delivery of quality goods and quality service.

Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance is carried out in accordance with manufacturers specifications on all refurbished machines. Each device is set to alert Konica Minolta Service Technicians when maintenance service is required. This means greater uptime and productivity of the machine allowing staff to focus on what they do best.
Parts Supply Guarantee
Spare parts are held for a minimum of seven (7) years from manufacture ensuring that refurbished machines can be serviced efficiently. Each Konica Minolta Service Engineer carries 95% of critical spares in their fleet vehicle ensuring the vast majority of devices are repaired immediately. If the required spare part is not in the fleet vehicle we hold replacement stock at the local branch or national warehouse for distribution.

Konica Minolta has the largest support and service network throughout New Zealand, with a great depth and breadth of product and solutions expertise. The Konica Minolta service team knows their territory and their customers. With over 500 staff, 16 branches and 25 Service Centres nationwide, Konica Minolta is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to its customers.
Product Safety
All new machines meet international and New Zealand safety standards set as law by the Ministry of Economic Development. Konica Minolta technicians test every machine on installation and at regular periods thereafter to ensure it is safe to use. Machines are also tested following any repairs that may expose the user to any risk.
