Environmental Recommendations
As part of it's Environmental Policy, Konica Minolta Business Solutions New Zealand recommends that users of Konica Minolta equipment follow New Zealand Health & Safety standards and ensure the well-being of employees at all times.
For a comfortable, healthy and safe working environment we recommend that users of machines provide proper ventilation. A negligible amount of ozone is generated during normal operation of a machine. An unpleasent odour may, however, be created in poorly ventilated rooms during extensive machine operations.
Power Save
All Konica Minolta equipment has settings for energy savings which revert to Power Save mode and Sleepmode when not used for a period of time. We recommend that you do not alter these settings as it provides optimal energy conservation for each device.
Noise
Konica Minolta Business Solutions recommends that all bizhub devices are located appropriately when used. The equipment should not be placed in a location that is within two square metres of a regular work desk. For all production equipment, Konica Minolta is able to provide earplugs for users.
