Yes, and the Konica Minolta bizhub range is world leading in the scanning and distribution of documents. The Konica Minolta range of machines can scan documents and sent to multiple emails, up to 2000 addresses and 100 group emails.
Konica Minolta is unique in the fact that it can save and send the scanned files in multiple file types such as compact PDF, PDF, Tiff or jpg depending on the business need. Addresses are easily entered and saved on the machine so each time documents need to be sent the address is one touch away from emailing.
Our customers who need to scan board reports, letter, accounts, training manuals and minutes find our scanning functions a dream. People can be grouped together, so all the Finance team receive the scanned document rather than selecting each individual, this provides efficiency and greater productivity.
As well as the ability to send to multiple people and groups documents have numerous ways in how they are saved and stored. Konica Minolta have an extensive range of scanning options allowing our customers to move information in any way that fits their workflow: Scan-to-Email, Scan-to-FTP, Scan-to-SMB (Scan-to-Desktop), Scan-to-HDD (Scan-to-User Box).
For example the bizhub C451 from Konica Minolta is very unique as this solution (as with many others) allows our customers to store, share, access documents in secure mailboxes on the built-in 40 GB hard drive -- up to 1,000 User Boxes, up to 9,000 total pages of data. This has come about through Konica Minolta working very closely with IT Managers and identifying what works with their network structure, storage and distribution needs.
