Orientation
We begin by getting to know your business, including its processes, products, services and culture.

Investigation
We’ll look into issues that are causing concern and agree on the desired outcomes of the project.

Analysis
We check out the feasibility of potential solutions and source any additional information that will be needed. 
 
Design
A ‘statement of work’ is created to capture all of the objectives, desired outcomes, processes and deliverables. It also details each of the work elements. Once you’re happy with the statement, implementation can begin.

Implementation
A dedicated team will coordinate the project, with one person acting as your key contact. It’s your key contact’s responsibility to make sure every stage is delivered on schedule.

Support
Following the implementation we don’t wave goodbye and ride off into the sunset. This is just the start of the relationship. Ongoing support is provided through our help desk and your ongoing partnership with the team that carried out your implementation.
