The Monitor Expense Management System provides both Swipe and Smart Card solutions offering PIN security as well as numeric and alphanumeric input devices tomonitor, charge, recover and allocate costs for the services an organisation uses and provides to clients, students, staff and casual users. These services can include photocopiers, printers, facsimile machines, internet access, telephones, CD-ROM, international database access, computers, vending machines and cashless point of sale solutions. In fact any device where you wish to charge for items, units or time without the need to accept or handle cash.

Terminals
Konica Minolta MB20 with magnetic swipe card, HID proximity card or Mifare proximity card reader.  The Konica Minolta MB20 is a swipe card based IP terminal that can control access to devices on your network. The MB20 can:

- Give access to devices using magnetic swipe cards, PIN numbers and proximity cards
- Store up to 16 price lines to charge at differing rates for colour or black & white, A4/A3, duplex, transparency production

Konica Minolta Embedded
The Konica Minolta Embedded terminal operates through the control panel of your bizhub. It operates in the same way as the MB20 across your network. Functions include:

- QWERTY keyboard alphanumeric entry codes and searches
- Customisable prompts for user-friendliness
- Store up to 16 price lines to charge at differing rates for different document types
