Drag-and-Drop Printing
Select the PDF or TIFF file you want printed -- then drag the file and drop it into a print icon on your desktop. Printing is that quick and simple.

Pre-Determine Print Settings
You can create as many print icons as you need, each one pre-configured with settings that suit a specific type of job. For example, one icon could specify stapling in upper-left corner, for multi-page memos -- another icon might specify duplex printing and three-hole punching, for training and resource materials to add to binders.

Separate Page Settings
